R. v. Hamilton, 2014 ONSC 447 (CanLII) http://canlii.ca/t/g352z is an example of one of many Charter of Rights breaches by the Ontario Provincial Police. Note how aggressively the Lindsay crown is trying to defend the actions of the OPP.

R. v. Hamilton, 2014 ONSC 1823 (CanLII) Acquitted http://canlii.ca/t/g6gxm

We are now looking for a lawyer to proceed in the civil courts for this Negligent Investigation and Malicious Prosecution.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
