A Nottawasga OPP officer responding to an impaired driving call Saturday night, rolled his cruiser after a transport truck turned in front of his vehicle, while enroute on 10 Sideroad at the 11th Line.

Police reported this morning the constable, whose name was not released, was northbound with "lights and sirens activated," when "a tractor trailer turned left in front of the Officer. The Officer rolled his vehicle to avoid the collision."

He was transported to hospital, but released without injuries.

The Technical Traffic Collision Investigator's (TTCI) were called to the collision scene.

"The investigation is still ongoing, no charges have been laid."

At this post, there were no updates as to initial impaired driving report the officer was responding to.
