A veteran Provincial Police officer has been charged after the investigation of a collision in St. Thomas last month. Constable Norman Kelso, a ten year member of Elgin County OPP, is alleged to have been at fault in an accident on January 25.

Investigators say Kelso was at the intersection of Elm and Wilson street in St. Thomas when he made a left turn onto Wilson, into the path of a vehicle coming down Elm Street.

No one was hurt, and minor damage was done to both vehicles.
